The facilities were superb for the price paid, including easy-to-operate washing and drying facilities, shared space, shower, TV, Sky Tree view outside the window, good heating, fridge, comfortable bed, and the Yukata was a nice little bonus to try out. The staff were very accommodating, spoke English well, and provided helpful travel advice near the entrance/exit. The location was convenient, being super close to the Sky Tree attraction and serving as a great waypoint for getting back to the hotel.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the comfy and clean rooms with great amenities like the USB and plug pockets. The in-building laundry and kitchen were a plus, and the downstairs lounge was perfect for meeting people. The location was incredible, with a 24-hour supermarket and multiple convenience stores nearby. Plus, the direct trains to Shibuya, Shinagawa, and Narita Airport made it easy to explore the city.
Felt right at home here, no complaints.
